Our two one bedroom suites will accommodate from 3-4 persons. Additionally we have two one bedroom suites that can accommodate 4-5 persons comfortably with a further two bedroom family suite which can accommodate up to 6 persons. All our suites have queensized beds and electric blankets.

Our suites are spacious and ideal for couples and single visitors to Hamilton. Each studio is fully self contained with full kitchen facilities in each unit. A great place to base yourself while touring the central North Island of New Zealand. All suites are ground floor making access easy for elderly visitors with parking right outside each door. All suites are cleaned and serviced daily

Each suite has sky TV and a telephone for local calling, which is free. For long distance calls, arrangements must be made with the reception prior to your call. For your convenience there is a guest laundry on-site and your hosts will assist with and queries you may have regarding this.

A continental or cooked breakfast is available on request and must be ordered the previous evening. Menus are available in each suite and it is easy to simply fill them in and leave them at reception so that the breakfasts can be organised for you for the morning. All breakfasts are delivered to your suites between 7am and 8.30am each morning.
